If you work with individuals or families who may benefit from affordable, nutritious meals, we would love to hear from you. The Care Kitchen CIC offers a reliable, professional meal service that supports the most vulnerable members of our community.
Our referral process is straightforward and designed to make it as easy as possible for you to connect those in need with the support they deserve.

How to Refer Someone

Fill in the referral form below with the individual's details and your organisation information.
We Review
Our team will review the referral and get in touch to discuss how we can best support the individual.
Support Begins
Once confirmed, we will begin providing meals and support tailored to the individual's needs.
Eligibility Criteria
Our referral-based support is available to individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Individuals experiencing food insecurity or who are unable to prepare meals independently
- Elderly individuals living alone or with limited support
- Vulnerable adults, including those with disabilities or long-term health conditions
- Low-income families struggling to afford nutritious meals
- Individuals recently discharged from hospital or in recovery
- Anyone identified by a professional as being in need of meal support
